Amazing. I can look at these all day. Makes me feel that some of these are actually hanging on my wall. Wishful thinking. lol

Nice to see art that I can enjoy at my leisure in comfortable surroundings.

Its an entertaining and educational app. I visit it when I need a lift from the daily drudgery of news. I highly recommend it.

Those familiar with Evolution Games line of art applications will know what to expect from the National Gallery of Art. Users will find upon download a clean minimalist design with galleries of many artworks from some of historys greatest artists as well as those not as known. Each artwork can be saved as a favorite, shared with others, and/or downloaded to your device in high definition form. There are many artworks to view and take note of in this app. For those who appreciate art of past centuries this app is a must to add to your collection.

I have several art apps, and enjoy relaxing with them. The app works great.

The picture looks really good, easy to understand. It will be even better if there some description regarding the painting.

The app is easy to use and offers the viewer a chance o examine the art work leisurely and conveniently. The app will never replace seeing the real thing but it does indeed compliment the museum experience. Well done.

A portable way to keep the worlds top pick paintings. However, I wonder if the developer could add some text regarding the stories behind the paintings.

Can not listen to iTunes and browse at same time. Major disadvantage.

Very good collection of art. It would be neat if we could rate each piece of art (maybe on a 5 star scale) - then compare how we feel against how the majority feels about a piece. Then the app could showcase the most popular pieces.

Go slowly through the paintings. We have all seen many of them previously in one form or another, but looking at them serially emphasizes the wide diversity of style and substance by the various artists. And... stop and study the paintings. They will give you many insights into life in that particular period.
